The City of Confusion is Broken Down: Every House Is Shut Up

“The city of confusion is broken down: every house is shut up, that no man may come in. There is a crying for wine in the streets; all joy is darkened, the mirth of the land is gone. In the city is left desolation, and the gate is smitten with destruction.”
Isaiah 24:10-12

Anyone of us today would definitely advise locking all doors of the house! Especially if on the outside of those doors there are many people addicted to alcohol, drugs, crime, and violence. Adding to that, all positive feelings towards others have become full of a dark spirit. Even the city law enforcement spokesperson in the city I live in recommends not warming up the car by leaving it running while you return inside the house. The law enforcement spokesperson says that a very high percentage of automobiles are stolen while the owner has left the automobile to warm-up. Definitely, in our age today, the streets are darkened with evilness and the cities are left in desolation of noble character.

What has happened to the spirit and soul to make it so dark and desolate? Globally, the doors are shut to faith in the Living God, they have locked out the Message of the Cross of Christ, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is not welcomed within our heart. Why? The modern god of knowledge is global and it does oppose the spirit and soul. Everything coming from that god of knowledge has nothing to with individual welfare through the Holy Spirit, but is solely based on allegiance to the progressive policies of globalism. Just like the system of the anti-Christ and the mark-of-the-beast.

“Then spoke Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.” John 8:12 Jesus Christ is the Light of the world and gives us the light of life. Through what Jesus Christ did for us on the Cross, we have a right relationship with God, and the Holy Spirit restores sensibility into our communities. May we be a light in a darkened world to communicate the Spirit of Life to a world full of sin, death, and darkness.
