Prepare The Table, Watch In The Watchtower
In today’s world, we are watching everything that pertains to the kingdom of this world! We are concerned about health care, drug and alcohol epidemic, hunger, poverty, suicide, and trauma to mental health. Even though the Lord Jesus Christ says to seek the Kingdom of God first. We are concerned about the harsh and aggressive violence in the world, the insecurity of mass migrants, religious persecutions, homelessness, riots, protests, and homeland security. Even though the Lord Jesus Christ says that He gives us peace within our soul and spirit, not worldly peace. We are concerned about our changing social culture, globalization of the anti-Christ’s god of knowledge, bullying, hate, prejudices, and placing those who are different in some type of social quarantine. Even though the Lord Jesus Christ tells us that our home is not in this world, but our Home is in the New Jerusalem. We are concerned about disrespect, disparagement, ridicule, enslavement to ungodly technology, belittlement, corruption of self-worth, and the warp sense of self-esteem. Even though our lord Jesus Christ tells us that to Him we are of far more worth than a tiny sparrow. We are concerned about who we are as everything centers around the “me” word, we fret over not being able to recognize our own potential in the smallest matters, such as practicing music, singing, art, etc. When it comes to our personal ambitions there is much negativity and nay-saying, but when it comes to allegiance to the godless god of knowledge everything becomes OK. Even though the Lord Jesus Christ teaches us to pray, “not my will but Yours be done!”
In today’s scripture text, the Living God says to be a watchman for Him and declare what we see. To be a watchman for the Living God we first have to be able to see the Cross! When we look to the Cross we will see a man dead. We might declare the terrible tragedy of that death to many people, but that is so sad and disheartening. We have to keep looking! We have to keep watching to see Him being buried in a tomb reserved for wealthy men and kings! Then we might declare that someone very important has just died. Maybe someone in this spiritually depraved world will find comfort in thinking that a wealthy leader of this world has died! BUT, we have to keep watching until we see the resurrection! THEN, we declare a spectacular event, after watching for three days the same dead man being carried into the tomb is ALIVE! The news goes out that Jesus Christ has rose from the grave and is alive! But we have to keep watching to see that for many days he appeared to many people, eating and talking with Him, and they recognized Him! We definitely now have something to declare to the people, Christ Jesus’s resurrection is verifiable! We have to keep watching to see His rapture into the third Heaven, into the Kingdom of God. Now, we definitely have good news to report, we will also be raptured just like He was! (The first heaven is up to the blue skies, the second heaven is where all the stars exists, and the third heaven is above that, where the Kingdom of God exists!) God gave us the night so that we could see into another world, another heaven, the second heaven!
Also, to be a watchman means that we will see all the woes in the first paragraph and measure those woes according to what Jesus Christ has done for us on the Cross. As the remission of sin is rejected so also will there be opposition to the presence of the Holy Spirit, which is denial of the One True God. Yet, something has to govern the growing demonic activity in the world, and that is the system of the anti-Christ! As God’s watchman, we know the formation of the ten global kingdoms is a reality, which is a major fulfillment of Bible Prophecy. We see the regathering of the Jewish people in 1948 to form the Nation of Israel, another major fulfillment of Bible Prophecy! We see how the modern god of knowledge cleaves to the flesh of humanity, but rejects the wisdom and knowledge of the Living God. We see the computer implant chip already taking flight globally. The components of 666 is in the world today and operational! We see the fall of the one major powerhouse of democracy, the United States, as several congressman are now using the Quran as their swearing-in “Bible,” and others have forsaken the Bible to swear-in using other “laws of the land.” These are votes against Israel and votes against the followers of Christ Jesus!
Babylon represents the ten global kingdom empire of the anti-Christ, which brings about his own destruction and the total annihilation of Satan and all demonic forces! The Holy Spirit declares to us in the Holy Bible that, “Babylon, Babylon the great has fallen!” And the Holy Spirit gives us, the watchmen, something to see regarding our soon coming future, “After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the LORD in the air. And so we will be with the LORD forever.” Let the watchman tell the people of our soon coming Rapture! BUT, there is even more good news for the watchman to report, we will be with Christ Jesus when He returns! “Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sits in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? And now ye know what withholds that he might be revealed in his time. For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now lets will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:”
May we accept the truth of the Word of God and welcome into our spirit and soul what Christ Jesus has done for us on the Cross for the remission of sin and the infilling of the Holy Spirit.

“Prepare the table, watch in the watchtower, eat, drink: arise, ye princes, and anoint the shield. For thus hath the Lord said unto me, Go, set a watchman, let him declare what he sees. And he saw a chariot with a couple of horsemen, a chariot of asses, and a chariot of camels; and he hearkened diligently with much heed: And he cried, A lion: My lord, I stand continually upon the watchtower in the daytime, and I am set in my ward whole nights: And, behold, here cometh a chariot of men, with a couple of horsemen. And he answered and said, Babylon is fallen, is fallen; and all the graven images of her gods He hath broken unto the ground. O my threshing, and the corn of my floor: that which I have heard of the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, have I declared unto you. Isaiah 21:5-10
