One Day, God Is Going To Call Us Home, With The Sound Of A Trump
One day, God is going to call us Home, with the sound of a trump, to be forever with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. As it says in this scripture, many who were about to perish will be called Home to be with God. Not only those who are about to perish, but the outcasts will be called Home as well. “And it shall come to pass in that day, that the great trumpet shall be blown, and they shall come which were ready to perish in the land of Assyria, and the outcasts in the land of Egypt, and shall worship the Lord in the Holy mount at Jerusalem.” It sounds like many will be rescued from Great Tribulation, and around the time of the Battle of Armageddon during the period when the anti-Christ will rule the ten global kingdoms. Those rescued are near death and have become the outcasts within the system of the anti-Christ, but when the trump sounds we will be called to our Home in the New Heaven and New Earth.
“Now I say this, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. Behold, I tell you a mystery; we will not all sleep, but we will all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. For this perishable must put on the imperishable, and this mortal must put on immortality.” 1 Corinthians 15:50-53
“And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall beat off from the channel of the river unto the stream of Egypt, and ye shall be gathered one by one, O ye children of Israel.” The best part about this verse, in my view, is that God will gather us one by one. He loves us so much that He is personally going to welcome us into the New Jerusalem. Yes, the Jewish Nation, Israel, will also be gathered one by one to meet personally their Lord and Savior! While we are talking about Israel and we who are saved at the Cross of Jesus Christ, remember this; “But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God” Romans 2:29 Each one of us is loved of God, He loved us so much that He sent his only Son so that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. “But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.” Luke 12:7
