Jesus Christ Was Born Within A Crisis

“Lord, in trouble have they visited thee, they poured out a prayer when thy chastening was upon them.” There are many times when people come to know Jesus Christ when they find themselves in trouble. There are many health problems that bring people to their knees with cries of help to God. There are times when people find themselves in dangerous and life-threatening situations and they cry out to God for help. There are times when people feel hated, abused, and unwanted by those around them and they cry out to God. There are times when they just need to rely on a higher power during a very belittling situation. There are times when words and behaviors are abusively suppressed and the person is not able to be anything near the decent human being they want to be, then they cry out to God. Some do this routinely, every time they are in trouble or need something from God they cry out to Him. But, others sincerely cry out to God in a time of trouble in a way that brings the remission of sin and the infilling of the Holy Spirit. God wants us to come to the Cross of His Son Jesus Christ. “Call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.” Psalms 50:15

“Like as a woman with child, that draws near the time of her delivery, is in pain, and cries out in her pangs; so have we been in thy sight, O Lord. We have been with child, we have been in pain, we have as it were brought forth wind; ”  When a woman goes through the pain of child birth, she is very glad when the pain passes, but at that time the pain is paramount. But when the pain is over, then the crisis is over and she returns home to daily life with her new family. Many people are like that, they cry out to God in their pain, but when the pain is over they return to their life as it always was, not even thinking about God.  Although the pain of the crisis is over, the sin remains. They continue to reject God, ignore the Message of the Cross of Christ, and will not rely on the presence of the Holy Spirit. When it comes to living life in the Spirit of Christ, all they bring is wind. “Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.” John 3:5-7

“we have not wrought any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen.”  There is nothing that we can do in our flesh and blood condition to deliver the earth, nor to bring down the evilness in this world. Only the Holy Spirit can bring deliverance, and the Holy Spirit comes to us as we accept life through the Cross of Jesus Christ. There are more than plenty of examples of people being born again in crisis situations, but there are no examples of this world becoming more humane. In other words, those who accept Jesus Christ know within their spirit that they have a better home in the Kingdom of Heaven, whereas we can attest to the evilness of the spirit of the anti-Christ seizing control of this present world. Joseph and Mary was in a crisis situation within their marriage when she became pregnant with Jesus Christ. They were living  within an evil era of Pharisees, Sadducees, Scribes, and Romans. “Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost. Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a public example, was minded to put her away privily. But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.”   Matthew 1:18-21

“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”     Isaiah 9:6

“Lord, in trouble have they visited thee, they poured out a prayer when thy chastening was upon them. Like as a woman with child, that draweth near the time of her delivery, is in pain, and crieth out in her pangs; so have we been in thy sight, O Lord.
